Foresight MX Overview
The graphical interface has been designed around the maintainer for ease of use and to provide clear, unambiguous information.
When components show wear, Foresight removes the guesswork by providing estimates of the remaining useful life before maintenance is indicated.
The dashboard provides various drill-down levels. You can select a fleet wide view, organize your aircraft into categories, view individual aircraft, or drill down to engineering data, as desired.
Our Technology Is Different
With smart sensors and advanced algorithms, Foresight tracks flight performance, exceedances, and mechanical health without the distraction of false positives.
Foresight monitors your entire fleet on one clean dashboard. Operators can opt-in for SMS alerts, and at their desktop, review a simple, intuitive graphic interface that gives a color-coded diagnosis – no complicated line graphs and charts to interpret. If desired, engineers and maintenance technicians can then drill down for more comprehensive analytics.
In the repair shop, Foresight also streamlines the Rotor Track and Balance maintenance process. Traditional RTB can require multiple maintenance test flights, costing time and money. But Foresight’s advanced capabilities can optimize RTB in a single test flight.
Foresight doesn’t just monitor the health and performance of your aircraft, it predicts when repairs may be required. Armed with advance knowledge, operators can schedule maintenance around planned downtime, with the required parts already on hand.
How It Works
Our Products Are Light Weight. The Foresight system uses smart sensors that process data at the source, simplifying installation and minimizing weight. Foresight’s full installed weight for Part 27 aircraft is less than 10 pounds. Part 29 aircraft systems are a sleek 20 pounds, compared to more than 100 pounds for traditional HUMS.
Foresight’s vibration sensors monitor live performance data, which is then processed by a series of smart algorithms. The resulting report indicate when critical components like gears, bearings and shafts are starting to wear.
This continuous flight data also tracks exceedances, which provides flight training data and augments maintenance inspections. The system operates on both Part 27 and Part 29 aircraft, and complies with the FAA rule 135.607 mandates for FDM on all air ambulance transport.
With this level of smart analysis, Foresight is also able to predict when maintenance may be required. Prognostics information creates a color-coded timeline for upcoming maintenance issues, allowing operators to effectively forecast and schedule downtime.
Whether you’re operating a hundred aircraft or only a handful, Foresight ensures cost-effective transport operations with improved maintenance information.
